Refund policy

All non clearance merchandise can be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days after purchase. Returns and exchanges are processed for free at our retail store, located at 127 Marginal Way in Portland, ME. Please provide associates with proof of purchase, order number or receipt and returned products must not be used, washed or show signs of wear. 

Online orders are eligible for returns or exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. If you are in need of an online return or exchange please email us at shop@heartsofpine.com so we can assist you in that process. Some shipping fees may apply. 

Customized jerseys are final sale and are not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
